Certificate of Good Moral Character
Four colored pictures (Two 1”x 1” and two 2”x 2” white background)
Birth Certificate B. TRANSFEREES
The Admission Officer and Registration Coordinator shall interview all applicants for accreditation of subjects. The following documents are required when seeking admission.
